- reworked PiconMapper. PiconMapper is not using PiconLoader by adding a virtual PiconSet. PiconMapper must be activated in Merlin Settings and sref2name must be installed (available in Merlin AddonManager)
- Update polish locale - thanks to ***macz
- Merge ServiceNameOrbital to ServiceName Converter and add two new types: NameOrbital and Orbital. This makes ServiceNameOrbital converter obsolete

- PiconLoader: Try to get Picons for Partnerbox-services without mapping (Astra, Hotbird and Astra2 only)
- ChannelSelection: fix possible crash when updating Picons (should only happen with PiconSets installed before the last update of PiconLoader/PiconMapper)
- enhance PiconMapper to support up to three PiconMapperSets. Please delete existing PiconMapperSets before using.
