كارت WinTV Nova محصول شركت Hauppouge است، شركتي كه در زمینه توليد كارت‌هاي DVB صاحب امتیاز است. چيپ ست آن Philips است كه بهترین چيپ ست در كارت‌هاي DVB مي‌باشد. دكود این کارت به صورت نرم افزاري میباشد و قابليت استفاده از اينترنت ماهواره‌اي و دانلود آفلاين را دارد و این كارت خشاب خور نیست. قيمت مناسبی دارد. قيمت آن از SkyStar2 بيشتر بوده و از لحاظ ساپورت نرم افزاري نيز مشكلي ندارد.
